Our Story
Sassy Chic Designs started off as just a hobby that grew into a passion, A passion founded by a Mompreneur dedicated to building her handcrafted Jewelry business. Hi my Name is Kimberly, I am creating A business that I hope will stand out from the rest! My main goal is to keep ladies just like myself ENCOURAGED and to remind them that we are all VALUEABLE And IMPORTANT !! God has Given me a vison on how to spread love and I am dedicated in doing that with my handcrrafted pieces. COMMON QUERIES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do NOT offer refunds, but we will gladly Exchange up to 10 days after you receive your item if there is visible damage on our end. Unfortunately, Custom Orders will NOT be eligible for Exchanges.
Product change can be made within 5 days of purchase (email us to ensure the item has not been shipped).
Keep in mind we cannot replace or exchange items that have been dropped, lost, scratched, crushed or mishandled on the purchaser’s part.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Your Order will be shipped out 3-5 business days after purchase. Customized orders, shipping will take up to 7-10 business days to be shipped out.
Please be conscious that Orders are Handcrafted and shipped from the Metro Detroit area. Shipments can take up to one(1) week to arrive when shipping Domestic and up to 5-6 weeks when shipping internationally.
For an extra cost, shipping can be expedited Please contact us before purchasing.
DO YOU CUSTOMIZE ORDERS?
We Gladly accept customized orders within our already existing collections and pieces( Prices will be slightly higher) please contact us via email. Most Bracelets will fit size 6 ½- 7 ½ wrist size, If a bigger or smaller size is needed, please contact us before purchasing.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECES?
Remember to remove Handmade items before showering or swimming. Apply any lotions and soaps before wearing your items, wipe handmade jewelry with a soft cloth after taking items off to remove any extra body oils and everyday debris.
All jewelry should be stored carefully in a plastic bag or jewelry box after each use to protect its life, integrity, and patina. Storing your jewelry carefully will also help prevent tarnishing.
Copper, brass, bronze, and silver will oxidize over time. I do not treat the metals in any way and do not put any chemicals on them. To restore the sheen of the metal you can clean your jewelry using a polishing cloth.
